This is a horrible guide, it's just a list of every transition procedure you could think of. Most people should not get wenlin or excess skin removal (not even related to being trans, you're just formerly fat apparently). The workout routine probably sucks. If you're in the gym more than 4 days a week and you're not a bodybuilder you suck at training. FFS should be heavily tailored to your specific face, not a list of procedures.
