I have dropped my Samsung A20e most likely 100+ times and it has only ever suffered a miniscule 1mm dent. I clean my Samsung A20e with water everyday and it works perfectly fine. My Samsung A20 has sat in a puddle for 8 hours and yet it still survived (After about 14 hours of love and care and wrapping it in a towel while it's sat upright). It works like any other phone and has everything you need on it. That is all I will say. Farewell.
