800mg DXM and 1.5g DPH. DXM will prevent you from falling into one of the voids that DPH usually puts you in on OD, and the hallucinations before your death will be more pleasant due to dissociation.

Back during early covid I use to take high DPH doses nearly every day for a year and a half (don't remember how much but I would usually go through 5 or 6 packs daily of store brand benadryl) with the intention of killing myself, eventually moved on to using DXM from delysm(usually 2 or 3 bottles a day) in combo with DPH. Nearly ended up in the hospital a few times, probably damaged my liver, and gave me schizophrenia, overall do not reccomended

The doorknob method was suprisingly painless. You tie a rope to be a circle enough for you to fit your head through with some leeway, place that on a doorknob and place your head in, and just hang. The first 4 secands are uncomfortable, but then it's completely painless.
Protip: tie the rope securely, make sure to actually die on your first attempt otherwise instincts will take over every subsequent attempt, swallow your spit and breathe in fully before hanging

other than that and the horrid aftertaste that stays in your mouth(ymmv) for a few days if you survive(you WILL die if you don't get found; I unfortunately, got unlucky :/), it's honestly not that bad and completely painless, 10/10 would try again
